Terms and Conditions

Our Services

OneCall Property Services Inc. – Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by OneCall Property Services Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or receiving services, the client (“you” or “your”) agrees to these Terms.


1. Services

1.1 The Company provides property maintenance and related services, including but not limited to pressure washing, sealing, gutter cleaning, handyman services, and general property upkeep.
1.2 The scope of work, pricing, and timeline will be confirmed in writing prior to the start of each project.


2. Deposits and Payments

2.1 For any project requiring supplies or materials (e.g., sealing, handyman services), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
2.2 The balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 All payments must be made in Canadian dollars by accepted payment methods provided by the Company.
2.4 Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of Company cancellation.


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing notice in writing (email, text, or call confirmation).
3.2 72 hours or more notice – No cancellation fee.
3.3 Less than 72 hours notice – A cancellation fee of 10% of the total project cost will be charged.
3.4 Same-day cancellation – A cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost will be charged.
3.5 Cancellation fees will be deducted from deposits paid, or invoiced if no deposit was taken.


4. Rescheduling

4.1 Rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours in advance will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
4.2 Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees.


5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 The client must ensure access to the property and any necessary utilities required to perform the services.
5.2 The client is responsible for securing pets, valuables, and personal items in the work area.
5.3 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or unsafe working conditions.

5.4 outdoor furniture, pots  and misc. items must be moved by client failure to do so may result in an additional charge


6. Liability

6.1 The Company will perform services with reasonable care and skill consistent with industry standards.
6.2 The Company is not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural deficiencies, or damages resulting from such conditions discovered during services. 

6.3 If we discover underlying issues or deficiencies while performing the work, we will notify you right away. Please note that while these issues may impact the final outcome, you are still responsible for payment of the agreed service fee for the work completed.

6.3 Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 7 days of project completion.


7. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, accidents, labor disputes, supply shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, deposits may be applied to rescheduled services.



8. Governing Law

These Terms and all related services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.


9. Acceptance

By booking or receiving services from OneCall Property Services Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
